Terms and Conditions of Premium Service Users
    These Terms and Conditions ('Agreement') set forth the terms and conditions governing the provision of SAWASDEE Pass (“SAWASDEE Pass”) to the passenger ('Passenger'), SAWASDEE Pass is an authorized service provider, operated under the consignment from Airports of Thailand (“AOT”). By using SAWASDEE Pass, the Passenger agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.
      SAWASDEE Pass reserves the right to modify, vary and change the Agreement or its policies relating to the Service at any time as it deems fit. Such modifications, variations and or changes to the Agreement or its policies relating to the Service shall be effective upon the posting of an updated version. Passenger agrees that it shall be your responsibility to review the Agreement regularly whereupon the continued use of the SAWASDEE Pass after any such changes shall constitute your consent and acceptance to such changes.
